Bee Bomb Boxes

Hi Crafters

Today's blog post is to show the team gifts I made for my good friends Anne, Julie, Angie, Donna and new friend Ange. We make up the team Our Happy Place and we're all Stampin' Up! demonstrators. At the time of typing this, I still have a few days to go until I meet up with them all at Onstage in Telford. Onstage is the convention held every April and November so us demonstrators get the chance to meet up, see all new products ts and generally have a couple of days away. It's a lot of fun.

My team gifts are Bee Bombs. These are hessian bags containing a mix of clay, soil and wildflower seeds that your can scatter in your garden. The idea is to help the declining bee population in the UK. My dad used to be a bee keeper, so this is a campaign close to our hearts.

The boxes are all reinforced, so good and sturdy. I also popped in a little jar of Tiptree honey. The Tiptree factory is a short drive from where I live, and I was able to buy these jars just outside my town at a nearby Tiptree tearoom. I liked the idea of adding a gift from Essex as I'm the only "southerner" in the group 😊

To make these boxes you will need:
Box base 12" x 12" (30.5cm x 30.5cm)
