All Things Masculine - August Stamp n Hop Blog Hop

Hi Crafters!

Here we go on another Stamp n Hop blog hop! If you have dropped in from Kaylee's blog, then welcome and hopefully I can inspire you like she did. If you have come directly here, then please do click the Next button after reading my blog to see more wonderful projects by my fellow Demonstrators. We come from all over the world and have different styles to suit everyone.

I have wanted to do this project for some time, but things always got in the way to stop me. So when I saw there was going to be a Masculine blog hop, I figured lets go for it.

I initially had made a Fathers Day gift for my dad using mini Ritter Sport chocolate in a shadow box with a clear acetate sleeve. My dad is a beginner crafter so I like to tease him with new ideas and projects, knowing he'll eventually pull it apart to see how I made it!

This time I have altered the measurements of the shadow box to make a gift box for a pen (or two).

First cut a piece of card to 10 3/4" x 5 1/2"

Score at half inch increments to the 2" score line on all four sides.
Then on the long side score at 2 1/2" just down to the 2" horizontal line. Repeat (you will have to flip to rear side of card to do 2 of the lines).
Please follow the video below to see cutting and folding instructions

To make the sleeve that goes with the box, use DSP cut at 6 3/4" x 4 1/2"

So, below you will find a list of all the other demonstrators in this hop. Please do stop by to see lots lot ideas for projects for the men and boys in our lives
